No, all metered charges related to the consumption of utilities (water, electricity, heating, waste disposal), high-speed Internet or fees for access to and maintenance of common spaces are already included in the rent. We also provide you with 24/7 security or repair service of appliances your room is equipped with. There are no additional costs for your accommodation. You can focus on your studies and your development.

It's easy! You can do it through our website. Select the room you want and click BOOK. The system will ask you to pay a service charge and a deposit of one rent. Completing these formalities means that you have accepted our terms and conditions and entered into a contract with us. Your reservation with StudentSpace is ready. The contract you enter into with us is a fixed-term accommodation contract. It is like a telephone subscription which you purchase for a predetermined period. The contract is therefore binding for the entire duration of accommodation you have chosen and, by law, it is not possible to terminate it at any time. However, trying to meet your needs and understanding your sometimes dynamically changing life situation, StudentSpace can offer you the possibility to terminate such a contract early by mutual agreement. The only condition is that you, or with our help (if all the rooms in the dormitory are already rented), find a new tenant to take your place. This person steps in and continues your contract, so to speak, and as soon as the formalities related to the change have been completed, the new tenant is responsible for paying the rent. The only cost you will incur in this situation is the deposit, which StudentSpace reserves the right to keep.

Of course! You can feel really at home with us! At StudentSpace we take care of your safety, so your guest should fill in a form and can stay in our dormitory until 11 p.m. If you want your guest to stay with you overnight, you pay a fee for their stay per night. This amount helps us cover the cost of any additional utilities used during their stay and the use of the available space. You are also responsible for any potential damage your guest may cause.

It’s up to you to decide when you want to come back and you can do so at any time. Reception staff is on duty 24/7 and each resident has their own key, so there will be no problem to get to your room.

Yes, you can schedule your arrival date with us and submit it through the Client Portal or write us an email. We encourage you to plan your arrival as early as possible in the first month of your stay, as the rental period covers full months. However, you do not have to move in on the very first day of your rental if you do not need to.

If you tell us about it, we can arrange it for you to have your room cleaned for an extra charge. You can also order an on-demand cleaning service yourself via the Client Portal or come to reception desk and borrow a hoover from us free of charge. You decide which form of cleaning is most convenient for you.

Sure thing! Each StudentSpace dormitory has been equipped with a laundry room with drying facilities, which you can use for a reasonable fee. There is also an ironing area where you can use an iron free of charge.

We do not accept cash. At StudentSpace you can pay in advance for the entire contract period or in monthly instalments by the 5th working day of each month for the current period. All payments are to be made online or by bank transfer to your dedicated bank account.
