Single room ideal for those who value privacy and comfort. Equipped with a comfortable bed, desk and wardrobe, it provides functionality and space for rest. There is also a private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with a hob and fridge for individual use. The whole space is characterized by modern design, excellent lighting and access to high-speed Internet. In addition, our residents have access to shared kitchens and relaxation areas, which makes it possible to integrate with other students.

Understanding all aspects of living in our dorm can be crucial to the comfort and satisfaction of our residents. In this section we have collected the most frequently asked questions!
What is the minimum length of stay?
You can stay at our student housing for a minimum of 5 months, which equals one academic semester. However, we encourage you to sign a longer lease - 9, 10, or 11 months - in which case we will be able to offer you a much more favorable price.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit equals one month’s rent. We’re not looking to deduct anything from it - as long as you’ve taken good care of your room, the full amount will be refunded after your lease ends.
Can I sign the contract remotely?
Yes, you can! Both the reservation and the contract signing can be done entirely online.
What does the contract look like?
You sign a fixed-term housing agreement. The contract is simple and transparent — it includes the monthly rent amount and outlines all possible situations you might encounter during your stay with us. When signing the agreement, you’ll pay a security deposit and reserve your move-in date. Once you arrive, we’ll complete a check-in report together, and you’ll be ready to move into your room.
Are there any additional costs?
No - all utility charges such as water, electricity, heating, and waste removal, as well as high-speed internet and access to common areas, are already included in the rent. We also provide 24/7 security and maintenance for any equipment that is part of your room’s standard furnishings. You won’t incur any extra housing-related costs unless you choose to use our Additional Services. This way, you can focus on your studies and personal growth.
Are the rooms furnished?
Yes, all our rooms are fully furnished, equipped with appliances, and designed for studying. Each room includes a comfortable bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with a stovetop and refrigerator, a desk with an ergonomic chair, and a spacious wardrobe.
Can I book a room next to my friend?
Absolutely! Just send us an email at hello@studentspace.pl and we’ll do our best to make sure you’re placed next to the friend of your choice.
How can I book a room?
It's simple! You can book your room directly through our website. Just choose the dorm and room you want, then click BOOK A ROOM. The system will ask you to pay a service fee and a deposit equal to one month’s rent. Once you complete these steps, your lease is officially confirmed. The whole process is simple and intuitive. Prefer to do it in person? No problem - just stop by, and we’ll take care of everything. You can also reach out to us anytime at hello@studentspace.pl, give us a call, or message us on social media.
Can I terminate the contract earlier?
The lease you sign with us is a fixed-term housing agreement - similar to a phone plan you commit to for a specific period. This means the contract is legally binding for the entire duration you’ve chosen, and under standard terms, it cannot be terminated at will. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable. That’s why, in certain cases, StudentSpace may offer the option to end your lease early through mutual agreement.
Can I have guests over?
Absolutely! At StudentSpace, you should feel right at home. We care about everyone’s safety, so your guest will need to fill out a short form and can stay in the building until 10:00 PM. If you'd like your guest to stay overnight, there’s a small nightly fee. This helps cover the cost of extra utilities and use of shared spaces. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any damages your guest may cause during their stay.
Is the dorm closed for the night? Can I come back at any time?
You’re free to come and go whenever you like - it’s totally up to you. Our front desk is staffed 24/7, and every resident has their own key, so you’ll always have access to your room, no matter the time.
Will I be able to use any additional services on-site?
Yes! We offer a range of optional services for an extra fee, such as additional room cleaning or overnight guest stays. You can order them yourself through the Client Portal or by visiting the front desk. At the front desk, you can also borrow a vacuum cleaner free of charge. It’s totally up to you to choose the cleaning option that works best for you.
Is there a laundry room in the dorm?
Absolutely! Every StudentSpace dorm has a laundry room with dryers available for a reasonable fee. We’ve also included an ironing area where you can use an iron free of charge.
When and how do I make the payment?
At StudentSpace dorms, you can choose to pay monthly or in full for the entire lease period - whichever works best for you. All payments are made online, either via bank transfer to your personal account or through electronic payment options.
