Terms and conditions of the StudentSpace website
"1000 PLN per START"

The Website Owner is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that has not been individually agreed with the User for justified reasons. In particular, the occurrence of one of the following circumstances shall be considered as a valid cause:
The promotion is organized by the following companies from the StudentSpace capital group: PropCo 1, PropCo 2 and PropCo 3.
The Website Owner informs the User by publishing on the Website at least about:
a.
the content of the planned amendment to the Regulations;
b.
the effective date of the amendment;
The combined value of both reductions allows you to save a total of PLN 1,000 gross, compared to concluding an Accommodation Agreement without applying promotional conditions (“Promotion”).
The amendment of the Regulations does not apply to contracts for the provision of services concluded before the date of entry into force of the amendment to the Regulations. In the case of such agreements, the provisions of the Regulations in force on the date of the User's expression of the will to conclude such a contract for the provision of services shall apply.
The promotion is addressed to an unlimited group of consumers — individuals who intend to conclude an accommodation agreement in StudentSpace 29 November or StudentSpace Wita Stwosza.
The promotion applies to Accommodation Contracts concluded between April 4, 2025 and May 4, 2025 inclusive, with the proviso that the promotion is limited to 122 Accommodation Agreements for a total of accommodation in StudentSpace Dormitory 29 November and StudentSpace Academy Wit Stwosz.
The Promotion runs until May 4, 2025 or until the date on which the pool of contracts covered by the Promotion is exhausted, whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).

Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of the promotion “1 000 PLN per START”

Definitions

Akademik StudentSpace 29 Listopada

means a property located in Krakow, at ul. 29 Listopada, consisting of registration plots with numbers 254/5, 255/5 from 22, built in a collective housing building (dormitory) with accompanying infrastructure.

Akademik StudentSpace Wita Stwosza

means a property located in Krakow at ul. Wita Stwosza, consisting of registration plots with numbers 207/2 and 218/55 within 8, a built-up building of collective residence (dormitory) with accompanying infrastructure.

Promotion Period

has the meaning given in Clause 7 of the Rules of Procedure

Promo

has the meaning given in Clause 3 of the Rules

Regulation

means these terms and conditions of the promotion “1 000 PLN per START”

Umowa Zakwaterowania

means an accommodation contract for accommodation at StudentSpace 29 November or StudentSpace Wita Stwosz

SGE PropCo 1

Accomodated

means a person who has entered into an Accommodation Agreement
